This section includes a range of documents that governors will find useful in supporting their role. Many of these have been developed and adopted by the school (and its partners) over several years. We hope that, by having them all in one place, it makes life just a little easier for our governors.
National Governor Association
The NGA is an independent charity that aims to promote outstanding governance as a means of raising educational standards.
South Gloucestershire Governor Site
The school subscribes to this site (run by Integra Schools). Some content is restricted to subscribers. Our governors should email the clerk, Deb Barnard, if they need reminding of their username / password.
Department for Education
The DFE site contains specific guidance and advice for both school leaders and governing bodies.
